With all the thoughts we have in our mind, we still only have one mouth to express them.

Today always arrives the next day, our priorities are more often determined by what we fear, than what we know. To put our lives in order, starts first by learning to create a sense of silence within our mind.

Deciding on the best time to do things, seems to be an argument between the current risk assessment of your life situation and the strength that you have to be yourself as well the belief in your own future.

People that try are the people that thrive. Good luck should be an expectation and not a hope.

As we resolve the idea of who we are, the jigsaw puzzle of our story requires a greater appreciation of how to cope with the parts of past we just don`t understand.

Clear mind, controlling our emotions, being able handle all of our thoughts and knowing what to say, to present your feelings in the best way. These things require more than glamorous external distractions to keep us focused all the time.

You cannot have enough to make the memories of the past better, the creation of new ones is good, however, the old ones can be like stains that seem impossible to wipe away.

You will always be your difference; you are the only one that can clear what others have not seen.

Your strength within has been untapped too its full potential, whatever you have outside, cannot compare with the power that you have to create those experiences from within.

Good food from our own thoughts is essential to keep you mentally healthy. Knowing what you are and who you are, starts your path to your own freedom.

Freedom is not the options others give you, it is the choices in life you can now start to choose for yourself.

Your family within you are waiting, your ancestors are the only ones that want your progress as their reward.
